Our Virtual Office Solution Is Designed To Help Your Business Succeed
If you wish to maintain a corporate presence, but do not need physical office space, we have just the program for you.
Our Virtual Office Service can be set up for telephone answering where we transfer the calls to your home office, cell phone or another location off-site. We can also transfer call directly to a voice mailbox that you have programmed with your personal information.
Virtual Office also allows you to use our four conference rooms, on a scheduled basis, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding major holidays. Two of these conference rooms are located on the sixth floor within our suites and two are located on the first floor of the building. All of our conference rooms have high-speed Internet access.
Your mail will be placed in your own individual box with packages located in our mailroom facility.
We offer complimentary coffee and tea for you and your clients when you are meeting them at our facilities.
As a virtual office customer, our business services are also available to you, such as fax machine, copier, secretarial services, packaging and mail service. Please ask our professional staff for any business services that you may need.
