OFFICE SPACE

When you lease an office with Kellogg Executive Suites we can tailor your office to your business needs. Our typical lease is for six months to one year, but we can accommodate a month-to-month lease as well.

We provide furnished and unfurnished office space, depending on the office location. We also have a contract with a local furniture vendor and we can offer you excellent monthly rates.

Telephone answering is provided by our friendly staff from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Calls can ring directly into your office and then be forwarded to the operator when you leave; or, our staff will answer all of your calls, then voice announce or place them in voice mail if you are not available.

You will have 24-hour access to the executive suites and your office suite including the Conference Rooms. Conference rooms must be scheduled, but are also available to tenants after hours and on weekends. There are two conference rooms located on the sixth floor and two conference rooms located on the first floor of the Kellogg Building for your use. All of our conference rooms have high-speed Internet connectivity.

Your mail is placed in your personal box conveniently located within our suite. Packages are placed in special receptacles or inside your office if they are large.
